1. Return Period

13 Reign accepts feedback and supports exchanges within 14 days from the date of receipt.

2. Exchange Conditions

Once per order, for changes in size or color only. (e.g., hats, socks, belts) are non-exchangeable, unless defective due to manufacturing issues.

3. Exchange Policy

Equal or higher value. If the replacement is more expensive, customers must pay the difference.
Are allowed.
Unused, in original condition, with tags attached.
Strange odors, stains, or damage will not be accepted.
Unboxing video upon receipt. The video must be continuous, unedited, and clearly show the product.
Manufacturer defects, 13 Reign will take full responsibility and offer a refund if no alternative solution is available.

4. Size Alteration

In-store purchases only.
One free alteration per item based on your measurements.

- 15% alteration fee will be applied to the item's original price.
- 7–10 days from the date received.
- Shipping costs incurred will be covered by the customer.
